PORKETTA AS AN INTERFACE @Weimar 99 Kulturstadt

Tele-transport and privacy
Porketta as interface

"Porketta as interface" is a live-tele-multimedial-interactive project between Weimar and Canicattì-Italy.
It wants to experiment the tele-trasport and it wants to open new prospectives to the media phylosophy and his theory-knowledge, introducing the concept of true emotion into the virtual-interactive connection.
The intention is broadcast by the web, into a pigsty center at Canicattì-Italy (P.I.R.L.A. & Co).

At the P.I.R.L.A. center are installed 13 monitors among the pigs; the sensations expressed by the eyes of the people catched with the cameras in Weimar, means to the pigs in Canicattì intenction to establish a multimedial concact with them. Fusion of sensations.

Keep watching for a long time, the animal's privacy will be broke and they will feel observed and offended.

The question is: can tele-transport disturb the privacy?

This interactive-experiment wants to relate technology-power with animal-sensation, thinking about the multimedial-interface as a way could offend animals in the pigsty.
